To whom it may concern:

My husband had alzheimers. It was affecting his ability to swallow, and chew. He also had periods when he just could not stay quiet or get any rest.

Someone suggested Caroline, at Carmel Rest Home, as a place that could help me, and take care of him. She said the home was never dirty or smelly, and the residents were always clean. She was correct.

My husband was well taken care of there, and I never felt he was neglected. They would stay up at night with him. They were very loving with him.

My family and I could go to visit with him at almost any hour. We were always greeted with smiles, and a quick report on his health. We felt welcomed at all times.

I would recommend this home to anyone. The home will always be a part of my heart for the wonderful way they treated all of us.
